Sophie Cox is a top level judo athlete regularly taking part in high level judo competitions. She is also a judo instructor/coach that is based in the Northwest, UK currently coaching at Kendal, Rochdale, Stockport, and Manchester. Sophie Cox is a mobile judo instructor, travelling all around the UK coaching judo for many applications, incuding training judo for use in MMA and BJJ competitions and learning judo for health and well being.
